Multi-Viscosity Grade Oil for Light Sport Aircraft

Aviation Oil Outlet's offering on this page is Multi-Viscosity grade aviation engine oils that are designed for light sport and ultra light sport aircraft. They are used in aviation engines that in the past only had options that where for automotive or motorcycle type engine oils. This was because there wasn't any purpose built light aircraft engine oil available. Now there is Multi-viscosity engine oils that are designed specifically for engines with integrated gearboxes and overload clutches (for example, BRP-Rotax 912 and 914 Series engines). The base oils provide excellent shear stability and work with unleaded aviation and road fuels as well as avgas 100LL. Do not use these oils in engines that are designed to use ashless dispersant or ashless non-dispersant aviation piston engine oil. This includes air-cooled Teledyne Continental Motors, Textron Lycoming and Jabiru engines.
